The Directory of Community Action Plans in Cumbria

VAC is compiling the Directory of Community Action Plans as a central resource to enable access to every plan produced.

The Directory of Community Action Plans in Cumbria has also been compiled in part in response to the frequent request from groups to obtain or view examples of completed plans. As we often only have one hard copy of each, we take a selection when meeting groups but are unable to leave them to be read in more detail.

Earlier plans, produced in hard copy, will be scanned and saved as a PDF. In future we would encourage groups to provide us with an electronic copy of their plan in order to ensure best quality for viewing. Producing an electronic version of your plan can also help to reduce printing costs, gives the option of producing unlimited copies on CD and could form the starting point for a community website enabling your message to have a wider audience.
